Meet Roger and Connie!

A heart for missions began to stir during our first mission trip together to Nicaragua in 2016. Our lives were already full, having three adult sons with their families, our jobs, and church ministry. And yet the Lord impressed upon our hearts that there was more to be done for His kingdom. We didn’t know what that looked like, but we knew He was calling us to do more. Even so, we were a little hesitant to participate in the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Cambodia in 2017. We are so glad we went on that trip to Cambodia because it was during that trip that God got our attention. We saw the hunger of so many people who wanted to know more about Jesus. We also saw the need for existing followers of Christ to be trained and discipled.

Cambodia and her people had captured our hearts. God reinforced this calling during a second trip to Cambodia In 2019 where we began to see a clearer picture of what He wanted us to do there. And so continues our missions adventures in Cambodia.
