GOU provides short-term missions trips for youth, giving them opportunities to develop leadership and cross-cultural ministry skills in a team environment. GOU does the “work,” you do the ministry!

The School of Global Leadership is designed to train young people for global leadership in a cross-cultural missions environment. Based in Trinidad, SGL will provide academic and hands-on training to individuals with a heart for the world. |

Master's
Commission
Master’s Commission is a one
to two-year church based discipleship program for young
people transitioning from high school to young adulthood.
The program involves living with a Christian host family
while participating full-time in discipleship classes/activities,
INSTE courses, service projects, and church and ministry
outreach. |

IYEL
IYEL is a one-week consortium that connects young leaders from around the nation with each other and with national leaders. National leaders provide young, emerging leaders with practical leadership concepts, skill development, and mentoring. Young leaders offer national leaders insights into the needs, abilities, and vision of the next generation of leaders. |
